Płatności obsługuje w całości Google Play. Nie otrzymujemy numeru karty ani danych płatniczych. Gra dostaje od Google Play jedynie informację, który produkt został kupiony, aby przyznać nagrodę i przywrócić zakupy po reinstalacji. Gra nie jest skierowana do dzieci poniżej 13 lat i świadomie nie zbiera danych dzieci. Jeśli uważasz, że dziecko przekazało nam dane, napisz do nas, a je usuniemy.

This policy explains what data the mobile game Frost Camp (application ID pl.jasior.frostcamp, "the game") processes.
The controller is the game's developer, who can be reached at the address at the end of this document.
The game does not require an account, sign-in or any personal information. Game progress (world, gems, upgrades, settings) is saved only on your device and is never sent to our servers. We run no servers and no analytics of our own. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes the save.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect:
On first launch in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform). You can choose non-personalised ads or change your choice later. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads / Privacy → Ads).

Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive your card number or payment details. The game only learns from Google Play which product was bought, so it can grant the reward and restore purchases after a reinstall.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not store your data ourselves, your Google account and Android ad settings are the fastest way to manage advertising data.
